The Central Boutique Apartments is a collection of carefully chosen and beautifully decorated apartments in the city of Heraklion as well as beyond, ideal for both short-term and long-term travelers. It all started with the restoration and refurbishment of a family-owned neoclassical building in the heart of Heraklion (only a few steps away from “The Lions”, the city’s landmark square), followed by putting up the apartments for short-term lease.

Today, brothers Stelios and Giorgos Christakis, passionate about providing the city’s visitors with quality and affordable accommodation, have managed to expand their business activity by offering their services to other property owners, drawing on the knowledge built by their year-long experience. They currently manage more than 30 apartments and villas on Crete.
